And Wood's Chapel BBQ, in the Summerhill stadium district, pairs its smoker with a cocktail list serious enough that it shows up on our Bars list too.
Fat Matt's Rib Shack keeps it simple and cheap near Morningside, and Sweet Auburn BBQ holds down Poncey-Highland. None of these are ranked -- they're just five real, currently-operating spots worth knowing about.
